We offer coaching in a variety of ways to help you achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals. Whether you want to lose weight and change your body composition, increase strength or other physical ability, improve your health markers and prevent injury or train your mental capacity and manage stress we can help.

 

We offer one to one personal training (both in person or online), individualised programming to help you train for your objectives and goals, nutrition and lifestyle advice/coaching to make sure your training isn't being hindered by other factors and life management coaching to help you get the most out of your time.  T

The type of training you do is often dictated by two factors: what you want to do and what you need to do. 

If your training has an objective and purpose there will be things you need to do. Hopefully, if you are committed to the outcome this will correlate with what you want to do. Sometimes though these two factors can be at odds with one another. 

A well structured, well planned and suitable program should give you enough of the wants to keep you engaged whilst delivering what it is you really need. 

Personal Training:

Our training focus will always be 'objective based' - what is the desired or needed outcome for the individual. We currently offer both online coaching or in person from a facility in Wymondham (we also attend peoples homes if this is suitable).

Being coached by us will involve an in-depth look at your objective, your time scale, your starting point and how much time you can give to your outcome. This will be established by an online video call and the completion of an in-depth questionnaire. We will then discuss your requirements, agree a plan of action and execute it. 

Nutrition Coaching:

The cliche of 'we are what we eat' is actually very accurate. The food we consume has a direct impact on our energy levels, our mood, our physical and mental capabilities and our recovery from both exercise and mental stress. Getting the right food in the right amounts is a challenge and is often hindered by the media, social media and an overbearing amount of information on the internet. 

We provide all levels off nutrition coaching from an assessment of your current habits to advice on calories and macro-nutrients through to daily food plans and meal ideas. This can be organised through either an in person meeting or via online consultations.

Lifestyle Coaching:

Fitness and nutrition are foundational to our overall health and our health is the corner stone of both our happiness and being content in life. Over many years of coaching clients on their training and eating habits we have found that many other factors in our lives have a big and often detrimental influence. Through lifestyle coaching we can identify causes of stress or worry, optimise time use, set objectives and goals for both short and long term plans and help you to create the lifestyle you want. Through a relaxed consultation process we can begin to build a personalised plan to help you be the best version of yourself.
