Our coaches focus will always be 'objective based training'. What is the desired or needed outcome of each individual session and how does that contribute to the overall objective for the individual.

We currently offer both remote online coaching and in person one to one sessions out of TMC Performance in Wymondham or at another location of your choosing. 

Being coached by us will involve an in-depth look at your objective, your time scale, your starting point and how much time you can give to your outcome. This will be established by an online video call and the completion of an in-depth questionnaire. We will then discuss your requirements, agree a plan of action and execute it. 

We are results driven and objective focused. We will react to the feedback we receive from individuals and adapt programming and coaching to stay on target.

Training for a selection process or test?

 

If you are considering a career that has a fitness test or selection process as part of the joining or training procedure you want to give yourself the best possible start. Police, fire and particularly military fitness tests can be hard, stressful and a barrier to entry for many. 

By working with a coach in the lead up to your test / selection we can have you physically ready to perform at your best and remove that barrier. We have worked with individuals who have successfully entered the police, fire, marines, army and even the UK Special forces.
